DTF Hot Melt Powder
Polyurethane adhesive powder in fine and medium grades.
TPU hot melt powder — the adhesive layer that bonds the printed film to the garment under the press. Fine grade for detailed artwork and lightweight knits, where a thick adhesive layer would stiffen the hand; medium grade for heavier cotton and for prints that have to survive repeated industrial laundering. Supplied in resealable foil pouches, which matters more than it sounds: the powder picks up moisture from shop air and clumps once a bag has been left open.
